Gingerbread Latte

Cosy up with our spiced latte, topped with whipped cream for an extra special treat.  You can adjust the spices however you like – and add a double shot of espresso if you like a stronger coffee.


  • 200ml Wunda Original
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon                                              
  • pinch nutmeg                                                            
  • 1tbsp brown sugar                                              
  • few drops vanilla extract                               
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 2tbsp whipped vegan cream and 1 mini vegan gingerbread biscuit to serve, optional

You will also need: 1 tall latte glass


  1. Heat the WUNDA Original in a saucepan with the spices and sugar until simmering, then froth with an electric milk frother, a whisk or a French press.
  2. Pour the spiced WUNDA into a tall cup.  Slowly pour the shot of espresso into the milk so it floats as a layer under the foamy top. 
  3. Add the whipped cream, a final sprinkle of cinnamon and a mini gingerbread biscuit to serve!
